Gavin has had rosacea since 1981.
Gavin describes his symptoms as rosacea compounded by seborrhea dermatitis.
Gavin’s past treatments have included ‘just about every type of steroid, antibiotic, anti-hypertensive, herb, Chinese herb etc etc etc. Unfortunately a wise derm prescribed topical steroids for me about 20 years ago and I used that on re-advice and prescription from derms until Nov 2002.’
Gavin states that within three weeks of starting Rosacea-Ltd, ‘the effect on my skin is excellent, the pustules and redness have been reduced by about 70-80% (varies daily). Some days I would put the improvement at 90%.’

Here is a copy of a mail I posted on Yahoos ‘rosacea-support’ website on 28/2/03.
“Thought I would let you know that Rosacea Ltd III does work, for me at least. My Brief history – age 37 and have had rosacea and seb derm since I was about 15, prior to that clear skin. In that time I have seen numerous derms, been mis-diagnosed, and tried just about every type of steroid, antibiotic, anti-hypertensive, herb, Chinese herb etc etc etc. Unfortunately a wise derm prescribed topical steroids for me about 20 years ago and I used that on re-advice and prescription from derms until Nov 2002. It was about then that I started getting into this Site, and purchased ‘the book’ (Dr Nase’s book). In there were several products which I had not tried including Rosacea Ltd III. After I had purchased and tried a few of them (no luck !) I speculatively tried Rosacea Ltd III (brown disk), commencing 3 weeks ago. The effect on my skin is excellent, the pustules and redness have been reduced by about 70-80% (varies daily). Some days I would put the improvement at 90%. I thought that I would migrate to the white disk (the stronger one) about a week ago, thinking this would be my utopia of 100%. However, I found it too strong (mild reaction) so I have reverted to the brown disk only. Anyway, the point of this message is to say that in my view this £30 investment has done more for me in 3 weeks than 20 years of prior ‘expert’ advice and ‘traditional’ treatments, it really is worth trying. I have absolutely no involvement with the company which makes this product, and to complete the picture for you I found many articles and emails from this support site saying its ‘no good’ – I took a chance and it paid off for me. Its not a cure (that would be a miracle) but its good enough for me to sometimes forget I even have a skin condition !. Finally, I would add that coming off topical steroids in November has also improved my skin, after the expected initial rebound. Like everyone says on this site (and in Dr Nase book), try not to use top steroids if you can. Good luck, I’ll post a similar message on the Rosacea Ltd III site (www.rosacea-ltd.com ????).
