Rosacea Patents

Bass and Boney, Inc. has rosacea patents in 73 countries including: United States, New Zealand, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Albania, and Romania. Rosacea-Ltd received patents in these countries because it is a new and unique product unlike anything else on the market before it.

The USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) grants patents to any person who “invents or discovers any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof.” Inventions must be “useful” and applied (e.g. there must be a tangible item or machine to evaluate) to obtain patents from the USPTO. US Patent Law also specifies that inventions must be novel and non-obvious, that is, the person applying for the patent must be the inventor and the invention must not be just common knowledge.

Similarly, the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) only considers patents for inventions that have practical use, are not already in the “body of knowledge” in their field, and are seen as an “inventive step” that could not be deduced by a person with average knowledge of that field.

Rosacea-Ltd is not like other products on the market. Rosacea-Ltd is not just another slight variation on a tube of cream sold “over the counter” or “over the internet” which has never been inspected by the FDA (or any other regulatory agency). Our product is different from any rosacea product you’ve tried in the past that has left you unsatisfied or even made your skin worse. Even if your skin is damaged by previous medications or treatments, Rosacea-Ltd can help you.
