Rosacea is a facial skin condition causing facial redness, irritation and dryness located primarily in the central portion of the face. The symptoms of rosacea may also extend to encompass the neck, ears or even the eyes. Psoriasis is a skin condition which can affect any part of the body caused by accelerated skin growth resulting in raised patches of rough, reddened skin. Because both conditions can appear on the face, ears and neck they can sometimes be confused with each other or even in some cases appear together.
